Bugatti Residences

Bugatti Residences by Binghatti is a unique project from the renowned French brand Bugatti, introduced for the first time in the world! The developerof the project is Binghatti Properties. The location of the complex is highly advantageous, in the Business Bay district. It will consist of two tall towers with 52 floors.

Special attention is given to the design and architecture, taking into account Bugatti’s distinctive style and the exclusive craftsmanship of artisans. The exterior will be reminiscent of the beaches of French Riviera and the dunes of Dubai.

The residental complex will feature a total of 182 residences with 2-4 bedrooms. Their sizes range from 163 to 1,382 square meters. The Riviera Mansion Collection will comprise 171 penthouses, while the Sky Mansion Penthouse Collection will have 11 residences. No more than 7 units will be placed on a single floor, while the penthouses will occupy an entire floor. All units will be furnished by the brand, with designer furniture specially commissioned. The towers with penthouses will be stylishly named after iconic global destinations such as Cannes, St Tropez или Monaco.
The future fortunate owners will be able to enjoy beautiful views from the window every day. On one side, there will be the Dubai Water Canal, while on the other side, there will be Burj Khalifa-Downtown.
