In one of the most developed areas of Dubai, Jumeirah Village Circle, the real estate developer Danube Properties has introduced the second phase of the popular Elitz 2 project. This proposed project serves as a logical continuation of the first phase of Elitz. It includes the construction of two towers, with varying numbers of floors – 45 and 39. The number of bedrooms ranges from 1 to 3, and a variety of apartments and studios are available to potential buyers. Depending on the purchase amount, future residents can expect to obtain a visa. For instance, a two-year visa can be acquired by purchasing apartments starting from AED 750,000 (USD 204,000), while a 10-year “Golden Visa” requires property purchases totaling AED 2 million (USD 545,000).
