The private developer Meraas presents to its clients the unique Plaza residential complex, which structurally consists of two skyscrapers. This residential complex has a favorable location, as it was built in the City Walk area, where modern art thrives. The apartments are located not far from the popular Coca-Cola Arena stadium and represent the final stage in the creation of Central Park.

Investors have a choice of 212 residences, which differ in the number of rooms and area:

  • Various apartments with 1 to 4 rooms;
  • 6 townhouses designed for 4 rooms, with their own access to the park area;
