The Volta residential complex by DAMAC Properties is a unique project located in the Downtown Dubai area, adjacent to Burj Khalifa. The completion of the construction phase is expected by early 2028. The complex will consist of 65 floors, with luxurious one- to two-bedroom apartments available on the lower levels. On the upper floors, buyers will have the option to choose supere-elite residences with three to four bedrooms, ranging in size from 63 square meters to 21 square meters.

As part of this complex, future owners can become holders of a Golden Visa or a two-year visa; to do so, they need to invest a minimum of AED 750,000 (USD 204,000) or AED 2 million (USD 545,000), respectively. In the first case, the visa is valid for 10 years, and its holder can relocate their family to live in the Emirates. In the second case, the 2-year visa only covers sponsorship for family members.
