The luxury Sobha One project is the result of the work of Sobha Realty specialists. It was first presented in November 2022, as part of the exhibition Cityscape. The residential complex is located in one of the popular areas of Ras Al Khor. In total, 5 buildings with a height of 33 to 65 floors are planned to be constructed.
