Serenity Mansions offers ultra-luxurious residences with 6 to 7 rooms available to prospective owners. This is the result of the work of one of the largest companies in the UAE, Majid Al Futtaim. The apartments are located in the family-friendly neighborhood of Tilal Al Ghaf, where a peaceful resort life unfolds.

According to the created project, buyers will be offered apartments such as Ara, Luna, and Ayla. Their area varies within the range of 1,087-1,182 m². Prospective owners are presented with an original design, created by a full team of professionals using innovative technologies:
