This project is the product of one of Dubai’s most renowned developers, Ellington Properties, known for its high level of style and sophistication. The location of The Sanctuary is in the prestigious MBR City district, famous for its lush greenery. The first line of construction, known as The Waterside, offers 17 elite-class villas, the main feature of which is direct access to the pristine waters of the lagoon.
