In one of the most developed areas of Dubai, Jumeirah Village Circle, the real estate developer Danube Properties has introduced the second phase of the popular Elitz 2 project. This proposed project serves as a logical continuation of the first phase of Elitz. It includes the construction of two towers, with varying numbers of floors – 45 and 39.
