COMO RESIDENCES

Como Residences is a modern, luxurious project, which is presented by the famous Nakheel development company. It is located on the famous artificial Palm Jumeirah island. This is a tower of impressive size, which is built in the shape of a seashell. Today it is the tallest building on this island. The complex offers 76 residences, including apartments with 2-6 bedrooms, duplexes with seven bedrooms, and one five-bedroom duplex penthouse. In total, Como Residences will consist of 75 floors, including an underground level and three podium levels. The height of the multi-story building will be 300 meters.

The total area of the offered real estate ranges from 415 to 2,039 square meters. Each residence will be equipped with a living room and a staff room. Certain options involve the presence of a private pool. As well as some apartments will also include a room for the driver.
The residences feature signature kitchen appliances, high ceilings in the living areas, and panoramic thermal-insulated windows, allowing residents to enjoy incredible views of Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab, Palm Jumeirah, and Ain Dubai.

In total, three color solutions of the design will be involved: opal – white, smoky – gray and sand – beige. The owner of the residences will have access to 3 to 7 parking spaces, while the fortunate owner of the unique penthouse will have 10 parking spaces.

Como Residences is a luxury complex, as it will be surrounded by vertical lakes and an infinity pool on the 71st floor. There will be an observation deck on the roof, which will be the highest on the island.
